Leading a team of 7 designers I am establishing a new design direction for the biggest APP business of adidas as a close-to-market proposition in the commercial channels. Here I‘m changing the way how sport products are positioned by turning product efficiency into product value. My role requires the implementation of new cross functional operational models. As part of the end to end digitalization project I am changing the way how designers work in a 3d enabled future. Driving the sustainability ambition of the brand is my personal target.
